The US Department of State is aware of all the recent hassles and poor reception American citizens have been receiving in foreign countries. However, due to DOGE budget cuts, the State Department cannot afford to print out new statements to be placed into passports to address this problem. Therefore, the State Department requests Americans traveling abroad to print out the following statement and paste it into your passport for additional protection and clarity.
The Secretary of State of the United States of America hereby requests all whom it may concern to permit the citizen/national of the United States to pass without delay or hindrance and in case of need to give all lawful aid and protection. Please be nice to this citizen/national as they did not make the policies of which you object. Be sure not to spit on them, speak hatefully at them, sneer at them behind their back, give them false information or make recommendations for restaurants you would not let your dog eat at. In all events, keep in mind these are the same people you used to like and that they still have money they want to spend. Please allow them to enjoy your country and bring home good memories. Above all, the reason they are going to your country is to avoid the mess going on in their own.
